Strain Development and Improvement
has wide experience in cloning and expression of foreign genes on bacteria and yeast host strains. If enzymes are not commercially available or selected strains are difficult to culture or growth is too low can design and perform the construction of recombinant strains, promote expression of foreign genes and recovery and purify products of interest.
Cell Banking and Enzyme Sourcing
Once a strain has been selected and obtained can provide/maintain a master cell bank (MCB) and a working cell bank culture (WCB) in order to avoid non reproducible results. |
