From Lab-scale to Production-scale
 All processes are different in performance and a determined volume scale classification does not match all. Some products can be produced on a commercial scale in bioreactors which are on an inoculum scale for other processes. Volume scale needs to be established according to process optimization and achieving maximum yield and not on the basis of product nature.
Some processes should be scaled-down to allow studies that can later be implemented on production scale to reduce production costs.  can perform scale up and scale down studies to provide better performance processes for its clients. |
